Automotive Engineering Trainer Vacancy at Kenyaplex Institute of Technology

Kenyaplex Institute of Technology, a technical institute located in Mwala, Machakos County is seeking a qualified and motivated Automotive Engineering Trainer to join our growing faculty team. The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering hands-on training and theoretical instruction to students pursuing automotive engineering and motor vehicle technology courses.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging lessons and practical sessions in automotive systems, diagnostics and repair.
2. Develop and review curriculum and training materials aligned with national competency standards.
3. Assess student performance and provide academic mentorship.
4. Ensure workshop tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
5. Supervise students during workshop activities and industrial attachment.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering or related field.
2. Trainer Certification (or willingness to attain one).
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or relevant industry experience.
4. Passion for mentoring and empowering youth.
5. Excellent communication and instructional skills.
