QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 39,700.00 - 52,960.00(CPSB 09)
House Allowance: Ksh. 12,800 p.m
Commuter Allowance: Ksh. 5,000 p.m.
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable

Requirements for appointment:-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Journalism or any other related discipline from a recognized university
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or communications
Proven track record in managing brand campaigns or corporate identity projects is a plus
Strong understanding of brand strategy and visual identity
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities:-
Designing and implementing brand strategies to enhance visibility and reputation
Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
Developing promotional materials such as brochures, banners and digital content
Coordinating with designers, printers and media teams
Supporting public relations efforts through branded campaigns
Organizing events and exhibitions to promote the institution’s image
Tracking brand performance and public perception
Preparing reports and recommendations for brand improvement
Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
