As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Kenyabizlist.com in your assigned region.
Your mission:
1. Educate individuals and businesses about our platform, Kenyabizlist.com
2. Assist in registering new users and help them post classified ads
3. Recruit paying clients for premium listings (jobs, properties, services, items for sale, etc.)
4. Provide feedback from the field to help us continuously improve the platform and offerings

This is a performance-driven role perfect for energetic, entrepreneurial and persuasive individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Kenyabizlist.com to small businesses, traders and service providers across Kenya.
2. Assist new users in creating classified listings.
3. Maintain excellent customer relationships in the field.
4. Promote paid and premium features like Featured Listings and Premium Ads.
5. Report daily/weekly activity to the regional coordinator.
6. Distribute flyers, posters and other promotional materials to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. KCSE certificate or higher education preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience in field sales, marketing or digital platforms is an added advantage.
4. Must own a smartphone with internet access.
5. Familiarity with your local area’s businesses and markets.
6. Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-oriented.
