Job Title: Waiter / Waitress
Reports to: F&B Captain
Job Summary
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team.
The ideal candidate will deliver warm, efficient and attentive service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and seat guests promptly in a courteous manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas before, during and after service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Handle billing and payment procedures correctly
• Uphold hotel service standards and hygiene practices at all times.

Qualifications and Skills
• Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 4-star establishment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Smart appearance, team spirit and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with OPS
