Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 39,700.00 - 52,960.00(CPSB 09)
House Allowance: Ksh. 12,800 p.m
Commuter Allowance: Ksh. 5,000 p.m.
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable

Duties and Responsibilities
Bachelors Degree in Architecture from recognized college/Institution in Kenya
Membership to a relevant professional body
Competency on the use of ArchiCAD,Auto CAD or any other relevant programs in the building sector.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting the Architects inArchitectural drafting
Interpreting Senior Architects notes to prepare Architectural details and Schedules.
Ensuring all Architectural documents and records are well kept for easy retrieval.
Updating Inventory of DepartmentalArchitectural Drawings
Assisting Senior Architects inSupervision of new or ongoing projects.
Ensuring project drawings and reports are well filed and retrievable
Any other duty assigned by the County Architect or any other designated officer.
Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets
