Reach Out Centre Trust is a leading non-profit provider of substance abuse treatment and prevention services located in the Coastal Province of Kenya. Established in 2003, the organization is committed to serving vulnerable populations including drug-using populations, including commercial sex workers, MSMs trafficked persons and those at risk of spreading the HIV/AIDS virus.
Our success rate is commendable. Hundreds of our patients have successfully completed drug rehabilitation programs offered by the Centre. A number have gone on to live stable, ethical, productive, drug-free lives. Three components of the organization’s program include: a residential drug rehabilitation center; and a community based outreach and outpatient services program tailored to meet the needs of the vulnerable populations unable to access services from the public and private health institutions.
