Costek Alma is a Quantity Surveying firm offering all Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services in the Construction Industry.
Costek Alma is wholly Kenyan owned and registered Firm. The Firm came into being as a merger of two partnerships that date back to the early 1990s, namely Costek Quantity Surveyors established in 1994 and Alma Consultants established in 1993. The two partnerships had a long professional association that culminated in the merger of the two to form Costek-Alma in the year 2004 to take maximum advantage of economies of scale and developments in ICT.
The merger has enabled the Firm to maximize utilization of modern information technology and other resources that have resulted in increased efficiency and effectiveness. This has led to reduced costs of operations, benefits of which are passed on to our Clients.
