It is made up of two partners who are specialists in Land Survey and Environmental Consultancy boasting of a wealth of experience and thus making it more vibrant, technologically and result oriented. It has an office in the heart of the Kenyan Capital city of Nairobi along Kenyatta Avenue.
The consultant has an international experience in carrying out the specified specifications of the consultancy which include general physical planning, ground surveying, sub-division and conveyancing. With the continued involvement in Land Surveying, we have generated a wealth of experience related to Cadastral Surveying and Physical Planning.
Having invested in new technology and operating in a wider market spectrum, the company always strives to deliver the appropriate solution as desired and according to the clients’ specifications. This is in line with the company’s operational specification and marked by the regular technical needs experienced by the company. To stipulate the scope of operations, we deliver our solutions as directed by the client/ end user.
Within the duty operations, we understand the nature of the product we are delivering and how well it is placed with reference to the National Governing Laws. As regards that we operate within the stipulated goals of the National Survey Ethics and are known to exist as a surveying company.

Products and Services
Topographical surveying
It involves the element of physical capture of ground data while in the field with the essence of developing a topographical outline of the surface occupied. This is carried out by the Surveyor on site using the temporal occupation techniques of spatial data capture. The application of survey field equipment carries part of the day which then follows the process back in the office for clarity data processing and cartographic data plotting. The field operations usually involve running field data traverses, detail picking and in putting the data on plan.
Cadastral surveying
Legal surveying practice involves precise land measurements on the earth’s surface with the intention of delivering title deeds/ deed plans. As a consultant in this field we carry out precise Cadastral Surveying and provide the end results as specified by the client i.e. either deeds or titles. We have all the technical and resource skills to carry out such exercises.
Engineering surveying
The aspects of engineering surveys carried out by the company range from contemporary drain pipe fixing, canal surveying, open drain fixing, road alignment and other form of applications not in this list. The field data are all computed and supplied for design purposes which include roads, bridges, buildings and several structures.
Hydrographic Survey
This is the science of phyisical features that are present underwater.
