Incorporated in 2002, Geodev (K) Ltd is a reputable firm of Registered and Practicing Land and Engineering Surveyors, GIS Experts, Urban and Regional Planners, Environmental Experts, Engineers, Architects and Information Technology (IT) Experts, providing a wide range of consultancy services in Land & Engineering Surveying, GIS Mapping, Urban and Regional Planning, Strategic Environmental Plans, Environmental Impact Assessment and Audits, Architectural Services and Information Technology services.
Since our incorporation, we have been involved in a full spectrum of services and activities including but not limited to designing, the construction and supervision of roads and related infrastructure, preparation of Integrated Urban Development Plans County Spatial Plans for three counties, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for roads and related infrastructure. We have also undertaken Topographical surveys, GIS mapping for water and drainage facilities, natural resources conservation areas, transaction advisory services for purposes of establishment of PPP for various mega roads projects, cadastral surveys both for tracks of land and land acquisition for infrastructure facilities, geotechnical and hydrological surveys among others.
The company has a pool of registered professionals which include Geo-informatics Experts, Land Surveyors, Physical Planners, Civil Engineers, Materials Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Hydrologists, Sociologists, Development Economic Experts, Advocacy Experts and Environmental Experts. The firm and professionals are registered with various professional and licensing authorities, such as Physical Planners Registration Board, Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, Engineers Board of Kenya, Architectural Association of Kenya and National Environmental Management Authority.
