The market has evolved lately and it has become important to have Project management done separate from Quantity Surveying.
In some of the projects listed, we have been involved both as Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers.
Arbitration
Due to the changing conditions in the construction industry and the contract documentation, disputes do arise leading to claims.
One of the methods of solving some of these disputes/claims is through arbitration. The firm is also ready and equipped with the expertise of handling arbitration matters.
Evaluation & Monitoring
With the vibrant high rise buildings and real estate developments within the East Africa region the demand for financing of projects has been steadily on the rise and banking institutions have taken up the opportunities coming up to provide the needed funding.
Due to the size and complexity of some of these projects, banks have identified a gap in the monitoring and evaluation of the projects they are financing. To mitigate their extent of risk exposure, there is need to have an independent audit firm to provide these services.
