Maonga Ndonye Associates is a Partnership Firm which was established in the year 2011 with the sole purpose of providing corporate consultancy services to corporate clients in Kenya in the matter of the Companies Act (Cap 486) as well as various other corporate laws. We provide Company Secretarial, Shares Registration and Corporate Trustee Services to Public and Private Companies in Kenya.
Our diverse experience as Company Secretaries is drawn from our past experience in serving clients who range from private companies limited by shares, companies limited by guarantee, branches of foreign companies, public listed companies, State Corporations, Banks, Insurance Companies and Micro-financial Institutions.
