Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, Business, Medicine, Social Science, Pharmacy equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
2. Proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities:
You will monitor and evaluate healthcare providers, supervise contract implementation, update the database of empaneled providers, and participate in quality assessments.
This will be the entry grade for grade for this cadre, an officer at this level will work under guidance of the senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will entail: -
1. Preparing status report on provider contracts;
2. Compiling quarterly reports on quality assurance;
3. Identifying the information, educational and service needs of the provider;
4. Enforcing compliance to the SHI ACT; and
5. Providing accurate analysis and evaluation of provider data and information for decision support.
