Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, Business, Medicine, Social Science, or Pharmacy equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
2. Proficiency in computer applications;
Responsibilities:
This will be the entry grade for grade for this cadre, an officer at this level may be deployed in any of the following functional areas;

Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting in the empanelment process for licensed health providers and facilities;
2. Processing beneficiary registrations and maintaining accurate records;
3. Monitoring operational activities for compliance with the SHA Act and reporting any issues;
4. implementing of operational strategies for member registration and public education;
5. Collaborating with County Governments and partners to promote SHA membership;
6. Participating in stakeholder engagement activities to support registration and revenue targets;
7. Assisting in the implementation of performance-based contracting methodologies;
8. Supporting the preparation of monitoring and evaluation reports;
9. Assisting in the implementation of clinical audit policies and strategies;
10. Conducting health needs assessments and risk assessments under supervision;
11. Participating in Health Needs Assessments for clinical interventions and technologies;
12. Assisting in the inclusion of drugs and consumables in the SHA positive list;
