Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-
1. Cumulative service period of three (3) years relevant work experience in the grade of Corporate Communications Officer II or a comparable position;
2. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:- Public Communication, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
3. Proficiency in computer application skills; and
4. Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Responsibilities:
You will organize public events, prepare media briefs and speeches, collect information for newsletters, and prepare reports on communications activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizing public events;
2. Preparing media briefs and speeches;
3. Collecting information for the preparation of the Authority’s newsletter and supplements;
4. Developing proposals for sourcing appropriate media to disseminate information on activities of the Authority;
5. Preparing radio and television infomercials;
6. Preparing reports on communications; and
7. Preparation of exhibitions and trade fairs.
