In Kenya, the name Sedgwick Kenya Insurance Brokers Ltd was retained Sedgwick has retained strong affiliations with international markets especially the London market. Sedgwick Kenya is registered as an Insurance Broker and Consultancy by Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA), Pension Scheme Administrator with the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA), and as a Medical Insurance Provider (MIP).
