The law firm was set up in November 1994 by Njoroge Kibatia a senior advocate who has been in the legal practice for over 25 years. It started out as a small firm at the Jubilee Insurance House with two staff members and has since gradually grown to a medium–sized law firm with twenty-four staff members currently operating from the Blue Violets Plaza on Ngong Road, Nairobi. The firm has a branch in Kitengela strategically located at Betty Business Centre, 2nd Floor, Room 208, Kajiado-Namanga Highway. This branch was opened in 2011 and has an equally competent staff to deal with client needs.
