Emjay Consultants Limited is an indigenous Kenyan owned Consulting firm established in 1990, as a partnership, but commenced full operations in 1991.In July, 2007, it was incorporated as a Limited Company. In 1994 the firm was registered with the then Ministry of Public Works and housing and entered in the register of Consultants enabling it to expand its mandate to include offering Consultants services to Government and parastatal Organizations on their Public Building Development. Projects undertaken by the firm are appraised by the principal Quantity Surveyor and project Quantity Surveyors, always ensuring documents quality and efficiency, cost controls and planned contract management for timely delivery of projects.
