Graeme Watson Associates (GWA) is a Kenyan registered consultancy, founded more than 15 years ago and based in Nairobi.
GWA provides end to end consulting services over the full life-cycle of a medium hydro-power project’s development.
The firm’s inputs start with project inception, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies and preliminary design, continuing through to optimization of the scheme to achieve the highest returns on investments, final design, contract and tender documentation, tender procedures and award, project supervision (for both conventional red book contracts and in the guise of Owner’s Engineer for EPC contracts) and contract management.
