Mosop & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, is an independent accounting and advisory firm situated in Kenya that is geared towards partnering with companies and other businesses to map and capitalize on business opportunities existing in the market. The firm received its practicing license on 18th March 2009 under Practicing Certificate No.1693 which was given to its founding partner Mr. Harun K. Mosop. Subsequently the firm has continued to offer quality services to small, medium and large enterprises in the public and private sectors in Kenya. The firm’s areas of practice include statutory audits, accounting and bookkeeping, tax advisory, corporate finance, assurance services, business advisory services, management consultancy, payroll administration, business restructuring and reorganizations, investment advice in capital and other markets, working capital management and business valuation. We also carry out reviews of systems of internal controls, internal audits, risk assessment and compliance issues as well as business decisions.
