About

The law Firm was established in 1992 by Mr. Kanyi Kimondo trading as Kanyi Kimondo and Company Advocates. In 1994, the Firm admitted Mr. Kanyi Gachoka as a Partner and changed its name to Kimondo, Gachoka & Company Advocates. Hon. Kanyi Kimondo has since retired from the Firm and joined the Judiciary as a Puisne Judge. The Firm admitted Ms. Irene Wanjiru Mburu with effect from 1st January 2013, Mr. Davidson Mwangi Githinji with effect from 1st February 2018 and Mr. Atanas Kariuki Maina with effect from 2019 as partners.

We enjoy a good working relationship with related service providers including the Law Society of Kenya, the Judiciary and non-governmental organizations in the legal sub-sector.
