We are a medium-sized law firm established in 2006 as a result of a merger between JANE WANYAGA & CO. ADVOCATES (established in 1994) and NJARAMBA & CO. ADVOCATES (established in 2000).
The firm holds a wealth of experience spanning over 14 years – with over 60 years’ combined experience in various legal matters. Our work is organised into three main departments; Corporate & Legal Advisory Services, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Government and Public Sector.
Our main areas of focus are Corporate and Commercial Law including but not limited to banking, insurance, insolvency, corporate restructuring/rescuing, takeovers and mergers, securities, taxation, intellectual property, pension and business laws, public sector reform and legislative drafting, as well as commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
