Trade-In is a program that assists customers get rid-off their previously owned devices that they no longer use. How does Trade-In work? Let us take an instance where a client currently owns an iPhone 11 and they want to get an iPhone 14 Pro Max. We have technical software that we use to access devices health such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets among other smart devices. After a device evaluation, we quote a price for the old device.
Thereafter, a client is to pay for a new device/gadget of choice whilst deducting the quoted price of the Old device. The application of the Trade-In program is eligible to devices that meet our Trade-In Eligibility. Eligible Brands include Apple devices, Samsung devices, Sony Devices as well as all globally established brands.
In addition, a client must show proof of ownership for the device they are opting to Trade-In. Thereafter they are to give credentials such as National Identification Documents or Driving License backup ownership. This maintains authenticity of them being the original owners of the device. This is without any exemption.
