The conception of Halifax Estate Agency Ltd. was just at the nick of time and to serve a greater cause. The late 1990s saw the sudden rise in the demand for real estate creating a remarkable shift for the property market. A good prospect that however, came with a lack of proper guidance, advise, information and rising cases of illegal/fraudulent deals for clients wishing to purchase or lease land, building, house, etc. Inversely, the real estate business was tarnishing its image as a service industry set to cater to the needs of clients.
Hence the birth of Halifax Estate Agency Ltd. based in the heart of Westland, Nairobi. We set about to provide genuine professional service to clients wanting to buy/sell land, house, building, etc. within Nairobi and its environs. The aim of the company was and still is to restore the general public’s faith in the real estate business and repair the tarnished name it has suffered over the years.
The hard work, dedication and total professionalism from our full management team has paid the company dividends. The last 20 years has seen the company carve its niche in the property market to become one of the top real estate agencies in the city.
